MarginRadar

Budget Forecasts & Profitability for Jira

See Jira budget overruns coming. Cost, burn rate, margin and a 14-day forecast from native worklogs, no extra time tracker.

30-day free trial. Standard is free for up to 10 users. Advanced is coming soon.

What you get

Forecast Advanced

See the overrun coming, before it happens

Burn rate and a forecast based on the last 14 days estimate what a project will cost by its end date, so you can compare it with the budget while there is still time to act. The Budget risk gadget lists your projects with a budget and their status.

Cost & margin

Real cost and margin from the worklogs you have

Native Jira worklogs × rate cards (global, role, user, project, dated history) give cost, billable revenue and margin per project, epic and issue. Import past worklogs and get numbers on day one.

Rovo & trust Advanced

Ask Rovo. MarginRadar sends nothing outside Atlassian

Ask the MarginRadar Rovo agent which projects will overrun or what an epic costs. Runs on Atlassian: the app makes no calls outside it. Role-based visibility lets Finance decide who sees rates.

The Rovo agent requires Rovo on your Jira site.

Stop finding out about overruns at month-end

MarginRadar turns the worklogs your team already logs in Jira into live cost, revenue and margin, and shows you where a budget is heading while you can still act. Built for agencies, software houses and delivery teams.

  • Budgets in money, hours or both, per project and per epic
  • Revenue as hours × billable rate or a fixed price
  • Alerts in the app and as Jira comments, plus a Rovo agent
  • Issue panel, Budget risk gadget and CSV export for finance
  • Role-based visibility, audit log and in-app data deletion
